Some time ago I came across an article that outlined how the digital integration model and how it related to the CMDB I can no longer find it.
Can someone please share the link to that article or community post.
The reason I ask is one part of my organisation is planning to discover and store a list of APIs and I want to make sure they are storing in the right part of the CMDB that can be utilised by the digital integration model.
Not Quite, it may have been a community post but it had more details such as a diagram of the CMDB model and how that related to the digital interfaces.
