Hi, ServiceNow provide a Service catalog automation that will provide the IP address information of your instance.
Finding the IP information for your instance - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)
While an IP address is visible in stat.do this is an internal (private) ServiceNow address and you should not use it in any IP white\black listing or in any of your internal routing\network management.

Hi @Suggy ,
I trust you are doing great.

Firstly, if instance A has the stats.do plugin activated, you can obtain its IP address by following these steps:

  1. Log in to instance A using your admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Application Navigator (the menu icon at the top left) and search for "Stats Overview."
  3. Open the "Stats Overview" module.
  4. In the "Instance IP Addresses" section, you will find the IP address of instance A.

Alternatively, if you don't have the stats.do plugin activated in instance A, you can obtain the IP address from the ServiceNow support portal. Here's how:

  1. Log in to the ServiceNow support portal.
  2. Go to the "Instances" section or any relevant area that provides instance details.
  3. Locate and note down the IP address associated with instance A.
