Zendesk data to servicenow in xml

Hi All,

 

we have integrated with Zendesk to Servicenow , but old data they gave in XML only to load in Servicenow
Kindly help to load data in to servicenow?
they gave in xlsx but worknotes not updated with xlsx , so they gave again in XML ..kindly help me on this , i will pay for this work

@Sweta24 You could always try Unito's 2-way integration for Zendesk and ServiceNow. It includes a free trial to test it out yourself and see if the integration works as intended.
