We are in the process of re-branding our company, part of that process is re-building and re-launching an entire consumer, as well as, employee portal. We've all seen great examples of internal employee portals hosted on ServiceNow, my question is, does anyone know of any examples of companies that do host their external consumer site via the ServiceNow platform. I'd love to reach out to them, and see what successes, as well as struggles, they have encountered with this process.
Also I'd appreciate any thoughts on benefits or detractions of hosting on ServiceNow?
