We have enabled the restore via self service. Follow the below steps to restore your old instance.

Login to developer portal > go to Manage > Instance > Click Restore.

What happens when the Restore says there's no backup?

Is this feature still available, I had tried a lot of stuff and the instance has been deleted. Is there a possibility to recover it. Will be really helpful if there is a chance.
