Hi @kaminikansal - my developer instance which I am refreshing it every day suddenly get offline. When I click refresh it try to do halfway and get back to offline. Please help!!

My instance is now counting down. It was 10 day and now because of the issue, I could not refresh it. Now gets 9 days. Please help to resolve the issue of why it's not refreshing?

Hi Mokemal,
Your developer instance is currently offline due to a datacenter maintenance in progress. Once work has completed, your instance will be online and ready for use.
We do not have any ETA but our team is actively working on this issue.
