It looks like it is working again. 1st time logging in this morning and all looked good till it logged me out a few seconds after I logged in. I removed the log out part of the URL and logged in again. Seemed to stay this time. Hopefully all will be good going forward!

The links in the PDI Inactivity warning Notifications doesn't work
Developer Site (and also fronm the Hiberniting Page)
But the Link on the Community Page Works

On the developer site when I click the My Account badge (top right in header) the whole area that is supposed to contain the My Instance details and actions is blank for me for the past week or so. I tried Chrome, Edge, different devices. It was working prior to trying to upgraded to the Utha version. I can still launch the instance using a bookmark or from the site homepage. The issue is not present if I log into a different developer account.

I have issue on my dev instance dev184594:
when creating new topic for Virtual agent I see this:
Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time. If the issue persists, log an issue with Support.

I seem to have two PDI online:
With the confusion caused with the data center move the following happened:
That was PDI before:
https://dev91323.service-now.com/navpage.do
I could not wake it up so, when it was possible, I tried to released it and requested a new one.
That was not possible first but then was available and i received
https://dev204788.service-now.com/login_redirect.do?sysparm_stack=no
It could be started but all of sudden dev91323 could.
Now I have to PDi apparently online but I cannot login nor restore the Admin PW for teh first one.
But I have continued developig on this. How can I retrieve access to dev91323?

How to reset the multi-factor authentication for my pdi, I have accidently deleted my instance account in the authenticator app for my "admin" account.

Many of the users are facing this issue- After upgrading to Zurich, when it is sending MFA code to validate and we are entering that code on verify page, we are getting Error-
“Your 6-digit verification code is incorrect. Try again with the correct code.”
I hope ServiceNow team will look into it on Priority and fix it as it is affecting our access on PDI. Looks like upgrading to Zurich Candidate 3 was a Mistake 😞

Navigate to developer site and login. After login click on the arrow after your name, you will see some menu options. Click on Chnage role option and change your role to Admin and check again.

Had the same issue, then changed role to Admin and it start working.
Maybe it´ll work for you to.
