My registered work email specific PDI, which I've used for almost 2 years and have maintained diligently with a lot of demo data and plugins is suddenly not waking up - despite logging into it frequently. I desperately need this instance to be kept intact and woken up so that I can continue using it for our customer use cases. I have tons of plugins enabled and I use it for customer workshops coming up in the next week or so,. The  PDI  URL (https://dev190234.service-now.com) . Please help in waking up and bringing it back online. It was recently upgraded.

When I log on there, the screen is perpetually stuck loading, so I am unable to wake the PDI:

This is preventing me from being able to login to my PDI, thus preventing me from being able to be “active” in the instance and avoid reclamation.

Please advise to avoid reclamation of my PDI.
