Is work flow will design for priority one tickes

i have raised an incident, which is priority one tickets.., how we can assign the priority one ticket  to some groups

with help op work flow design concept

In flow you can use if condition along with update record action  to set assignment group based on priority

Correct, using "If condiiton" you can assign an incident to the relevant group.
