Unable to find UI macro "on_call_escalation_tracking" used in Assignment Group dictionary attribute

I am trying to locate a UI macro "on_call_escalation_tracking" which is defined as ref_contributions attribute on "assignment_group" field on incident, but unable to find it in Tokyo patch 7 release.
