The cost of 300 dollars is huge. Please make all the courses subscription based or give vouchers based on our performance in now learning.

Hi @zealouszulfi !

Welcome to Servicenow !

There are many ways you can get started....

1. Have yourself a servicenow PDI which you can try anyting you want.

2. Try to spend least 2hrs a day in PDI just to get familier with the instace for a week.

3. Start with your Intrest area and do one thing at a time (I always recommend to start with ITSM modules for 1year).

4. Understand what Incident, problem, knowledge and change managements modules by process wise. (Recommend to start here > https://www.youtube.com/@LearnNGrowTogetherwithAtulG)

5. Start learning Developement by creating basic client script, ui policy, business rule, acl etc...

6. Consistency is Key....

I hope this helps...

Hi @zealouszulfi ,

For people not working with a ServiceNow partner, then yes, the price for the courses are 300USD and furthermore 300USD to take the exam. If you work with a ServiceNow partner, then the courses will be free.

@AndersBGS How can I start working for a ServiceNow partner as I am very new to this ecosystem and I have just completed Welcome to ServiceNow course. Please guide me.

Hi @zealouszulfi ,

Start job searching and at the same time utilize a lot of time on NowLearning and on a PDI to learn the environment. You might be lucky that there is or will come a entry job opportunity available.
