Hi @zealouszulfi !

Welcome to Servicenow !

There are many ways you can get started....

1. Have yourself a servicenow PDI which you can try anyting you want.

2. Try to spend least 2hrs a day in PDI just to get familier with the instace for a week.

3. Start with your Intrest area and do one thing at a time (I always recommend to start with ITSM modules for 1year).

4. Understand what Incident, problem, knowledge and change managements modules by process wise. (Recommend to start here > https://www.youtube.com/@LearnNGrowTogetherwithAtulG)

5. Start learning Developement by creating basic client script, ui policy, business rule, acl etc...

6. Consistency is Key....

I hope this helps...

Hi @zealouszulfi

Not sure if its the right place to raise this, as it is not reachable to folks driving this. Time to time servicenow has introduced events to share free vouchers for their partners.

Best Regards

Hi @zealouszulfi ,

As mentioned by some colleagues here, there is sometimes the option for a free voucher.

Nevertheless, if you are employed by a ServiceNow partner, there is the opportunity to take these certifications for free.

You asked how to work for a ServiceNow partner.

I would recommend deciding for yourself which direction you want to specialize in, whether as a BA or Developer. Then, I suggest watching preparation videos for the CSA on YouTube to expand your ServiceNow knowledge.

With a strong CV and LinkedIn profile, you can apply for trainee positions at larger ServiceNow partners.

I wish you all the best!

If my answer has helped, please mark it as the accepted solution and give it a thumbs up.

Best regards,
