ServiceNow change management where change flow can be deactivated?

As per ServiceNow docs, I can see change flow can be deactivated.  However, I am not able to do this?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Go to flow designer

Firstly , you have these Default flows available, where you need to decide which one you want to deactivate first:

Default Change flowsFlow Description

Change - Cloud Infrastructure - AuthorizeProcess cloud infrastructure changes for approvals.
Change - Emergency - AuthorizeProcess an emergency change that is in authorize state and is not on hold.
Change - Emergency - ImplementProcess an emergency change that is in the implement state.
Change - Emergency - ReviewProcess an emergency change in the review state.
Change - Implementation tasksProcess to create implementation and post implementation change tasks for change request and wait until completion.
Change - Normal - AssessProcess a normal change that is in the assess state and is not on hold.
Change - Normal - AuthorizeProcess a normal change that is in the authorize state and is not on hold.
Change - Normal - ImplementProcess a normal change that is in the implement state.
Change - StandardProcess a normal change.
Change - Standard - ImplementProcess a standard change that is in the implement state.
Change - Unauthorized - Authorize

Process an unauthorized change for approvals.

 

 

Then , Navigate to > Process Automation >Flow Designer :

Search in the Name which flow you want to "Deactivate " and then open the flow :
