Hello SNUG Members!
It was such a pleasure to see so many of you at Knowledge in New York and Las Vegas this year! A few takeaways:
• We all enjoyed the opportunity to see each other in person this year!
• Many of you are looking forward to ramping in-person SNUGs
• I heard comments that having the theaters in the Expo was wonderful (not having a long walk between sessions) but hearing was challenging at times due to the proximity for several of them
• The SNUG treasure hunt was a success!!! I have attached some pictures on a post I made that you can access HERE. Thank you to all of those of you who participated! I already look forward to the treasure hunt we will have next year!
• There is a LOT OF INTEREST from members in starting new SNUG MEETUPS! You can learn all about the program HERE. Email me at tracy.obrien@servicenow.com or SNUGs@servicenow.com if you are interested in starting one.
• The Picture Booth was a hit but not in the best location. Something to improve next year!
• The Lego Wall was filled with GREAT ideas for 2022! Thank you to those of you who participated.
I got some great videos with our SNUG Leaders and overall, the community team and I enjoyed meeting so many members during both events.
Cheers- Tracy O’Brien

Hello Tracy O’Brien, thank you for sharing those takeaways.
I attended the Knowledge 2022 at Las Vegas, it was a really great experience for me! The HackZone, the Keynote, the CreatorCon sessions and the CreatorCon Highlights Keynote, along with all the other sessions that I could attend, were amazing.
But the opportunity to meet the people in person, was one of the best things, as I have heard from Earl Duque: at the end of the day, it is all about people.
Thank you for considering some items to improve next year. It was my first Knowledge, so I am not sure how the theaters are separated in the past years, but I think having the theaters in the Expo was very good, it worked in the most of the sessions, but specificly in the smallest theaters and in the CreatorCon theater, the volume was not so good, so, we heard more from the theaters close to them.
Best regards,
Vivi Brasil
