Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, SPM, and others
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
Define and uphold platform governance, development standards, and best practices
Work cross-functionally with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality delivery
Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow capabilities
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Support the long-term roadmap for ServiceNow expansion

Required Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years working with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in an architecture or lead role
Strong knowledge of platform architecture, data models, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience with key modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and SPM
ServiceNow CSA and either CAD or CIS certification required; CTA or CMA preferred
Proven ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with domain-separated instances and integrating third-party platforms
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps practices
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
Able to manage multiple projects and work independently or within teams

This is an ongoing B2B contract paying up to USD45 per hour (DOE).
