Tarefas de Mudanças não preenche coluna inicio real/termino real

Boa tarde a todos,

Preciso de um auxílio em uma questão. As tarefas de mudanças na minha instância não preenchem as colunas "Início real" e "Término real" ao qual precisaríamos saber efetivamente o tempo que o executor da tarefa utilizou para trabalhar na tarefa. Por favor, alguém poderia me auxiliar em como posso configurar para que mostre as informações deste campo?

You need to manually enter work_start, then when the status is updated to closed, work_end will be set by business rules and the work hours will be calculated.

O que acontece quando o status da tarefa muda para "working in progress"?

Aqui, o campo é preenchido automaticamente e depois, quando a tarefa é encerrada, também.

Updating to "In Work" doesn't change anything in OOTB for "change_task", you have to update it manually.
