AI readiness starts with a story, not a slide deck
AI for Everyone: The new AI awareness animated courses from ServiceNow University
Hi, Community. I'm Kate Collins, Director of User Adoption at ServiceNow University. My team is driven by a simple goal: helping customers truly succeed with adoption of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Not just reaching go-live, but achieving real, lasting adoption — where people actually embrace the technology and pull genuine value from it day in and day out. One pattern we see again and again? The technology is ready long before the people are.
AI is everywhere in the conversation right now, boardroom strategy decks, town halls, vendor pitches. But for most employees, AI still feels like something happening to them rather than with them. They’ve heard the buzzwords. They haven’t necessarily built the confidence. Meaning the technology is ready long before the people are.
That gap, between strategic intent and everyday comfort, is exactly what slows adoption down. Not a lack of tools. A lack of familiarity.
That’s the problem AI for Everyone was built to solve.
Meet AI for Everyone
AI for Everyone is a series of short, Pixar-inspired animated videos designed to make AI feel a lot less intimidating and a lot more human. No jargon, no theory, no assumption that everyone in the room already gets it. Just relatable stories about the moments AI already shows up in everyday life and work, and what changes when people stop fearing it and start using it.
Each course video runs just a few minutes, and the four courses together is about 20 minutes of content total. It’s built to be consumed in a coffee break, not a training day.
AI Awareness Series: AI for Everyone
Course descriptions:
Psst… You’ve Been Using AI
The story of how AI has already quietly moved into your life: alphabetizing your music, rerouting your commute, optimizing your workout, all while you were busy insisting it hadn’t.
Everyday AI
A household budget, a university exam, a dream trip — and what happened when ordinary people put AI to work in ordinary moments. The technology isn’t the point. What they did with it is.
AI Heroes
Three real problems, three real people, three moments where AI quietly showed up, not to replace anyone, but to carry the weight that was slowing humans down.
AI MythBusters
Meet Derek, who once typed “fix everything” into an AI chat box and was personally offended when it asked a follow-up question, and Priya, who’s been calmly drinking coffee in the background of every bad decision he’s made since Monday. Together, they bust seven of the biggest myths about AI living rent-free in your workplace right now.
