sn_nb_action_context – State Field Values

I'm working on metrics assessing the usage of Recommended Actions, and I’d like to understand how many times they were actually used.

I was considering using the State field from the sn_nb_action_context table, but I’m not clear on what the different values mean — especially the difference between New and Ready.

Could you explain what each state (New, Ready, In Use) represents in this context, and whether it’s appropriate to use this field to measure actual usage?
