I'm wondering if there is a DR/BCDR module, which could assist in those types of events for my customer.
Not talking about the recovery of Service Now, more the myriad of applications, services they have on the estate. Is there anything out there that can support events like this already within Service Now (rather than just raising Normal CAB changes, inserting tasks, adding attachments etc).
