Hi All, Good Day!
I’ve recently started learning Sales and Order Management (SOM) as my current project is in the telecommunications domain.
I’m looking to understand the best learning path and would really appreciate your guidance.
- Are there any recommended resources (YouTube, product documentation, Now Learning courses, etc.)?
- For those who have already worked on SOM, could you please share how you approached learning it and what worked best for you?
Any suggestions, tips, or real-time insights would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Kavushick p ,
First look into Career Journey . What path best suits you.
If you want to look into specifically on SOM the, go through

5 Sales and Order Management (SOM) Implementation Bootcamp
6. Additional Recommended Courses for Sales and Order Management (SOM) Implementers
7.Partner Essentials: Sales and Order Management (SOM) (Yokohama)
Once course is complete, go for Accreditation/bootcamp accreditation exam.
Accrediation exam: Exam - Sales and Order Management (SOM) Implementation Bootcamp Accreditation
As your project is in telecommunication domain, You can check following courses and check if anything can add value in your project:
1. Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) Essentials
2.AI for Telecommunications Implementation Bootcamp (Zurich

For lots of Telecommunication suite Certification CIS-CSM is Prerequisite.
So I will suggest you , once all courses are completed , go for CIS-CSM.
