Templates Needed

Hi Everyone,

We’re preparing to launch ServiceNow and are looking for effective ways to announce the go-live, as well as templates to remind associates to use the platform once it’s live.

Does anyone have templates (email, intranet, or Slack/Teams) they’d be willing to share? I’m especially interested in:

  • Go-live announcement templates

  • Ongoing reminder templates to encourage ServiceNow adoption

Any examples or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

These reports depict a lot of adoption and OCM strategies that customers have used to introduce their award-winning portals to their employees.  You'll also see some sizzle videos they produced in the sections on Adoption and OCM.
