Displaying last 25 incidents created on portal page

Hello Team,

My client want to show last 25 incidents on the portal page for this I have created a custom widget and in Server Script I have written GlideRecord to get last 25 incidents created and display in table format, now when I impersonate with a user that has no role in system this table goes blank and doesn't display any incidents, but I want these 25 incidents to be also visible to the users with no roles.

How can this be solved?

Review with your Platform Owner or Security team if this is the approach they would like to proceed as it is not best practices.

If they agree, you can create read ACLs for users with no roles. You can refer below articles
