How to get an Idea to ServiceNow SPM?

Hello;

  Want to get a customer idea to ServiceNow SPM but when I go to Idea Portal on the SPM community page I get:

Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID

Is there a way to get this idea to the SPM team at ServiceNow?

Stories in ServiceNow SPM have a "Copy Story" link that allows you to essentially clone a story and all the Tasks within that story. Could the ServiceNow SPM UI be updated to allow for cloning or "copying" Epics in the same way? Basically, adding a “Copy Epic” link. VersionOne currently allows for cloning/copying Epics while retaining the underlying story/task structure.

For our agile team, we structure our board to have Child Epics (Features) that contain multiple stories and tasks. Adding a “Copy Feature” at the Epic-level would allow us to clone the entire Story/Task structure within the Epic and would save a great deal of administrative time. Right now, the only workaround is to create a new Epic from scratch (or from a template), create copies of stories from other Epics, and then re-aligning those copied stories under the new Epic.

If this is not available to be tweaked in the out-of-the-box instance we have for SF, could we request this capability be added directly from the ServiceNow vendor in a future release?  Thanks!

idea module is already there under SPM module including idea portal from there end user can submit their idea. Not sure if you are looking something else

Idea module is within SPM helping the users to submit their Project level Ideas or Improvement opportunities to capture. you may have to enable that in your instance. The access would be based on the Roles/Groups assigned.
