I am the platform owner for ServiceNow in my organization.

I want to know how you market ServiceNow, the product and the team who manage it within your organization?

Do you have a specific forum? Or other events?

Use multiple channels such as newsletters, intranet, webinars, and internal social platforms to communicate updates and tips. Position your ServiceNow team as trusted partners who provide expert guidance and support.

 

Build engagement with user groups and recognition programs, and regularly share key metrics to demonstrate impact. This approach helps boost adoption, highlights your team’s expertise, and aligns ServiceNow with organizational goals.

Atu: ServiceNow is moving at a rapid pace now, and it depends on the value you're looking for. You can plan the strategy where you can take help from partners like us. We can guide and support you in value delivery. Multiple products serve multiple values.

 

 

Do you have a specific forum? Or other events?

Atul:

There are multiple events and forums that take place, starting from the local level and going up to the global level.

  • At the local level, there are developer meetups.

  • Then, there are world forums at the country level.

  • Next, summits occur at the country level.

  • Finally, there are knowledge-sharing events at the global level.

Could you share your practice here? 

Try to attend these events and aim to be a speaker or participant there. It will help you build your network. Also, there are many groups on LinkedIn that you can join, but the most important thing is to follow the community.
