I am unable to complete the final task in the instance, which requires me to flag an article and add specific text. Despite multiple attempts, I always receive the error message: "Did you flag the article and add the specified text?"

Here are the steps I followed:

1. I flagged the article with the comment: "The numbering in the first procedure needs to be corrected."

2. I added a comment to the article with the exact text: "Can we have a similar article for Outlook 365?"

Despite this, the task is not being marked as complete. Could you please verify if there is an issue with the validation criteria or provide guidance on how to proceed?

Don't take me wrong, but sometimes it's an instance data issue, and the task doesn't get validated. If you're sure you've followed the process correctly and still can't close the task, then skip it for now and move on to the next one. The goal of the labs is to give you exposure and help you learn the steps. Also, if you complete 80% or more of the lab, you can submit it and receive a micro-certification.
