Platform User not appearing while impersonate

I am practicing on my instance however i am not getting Platform User option while Selecting Impersonate user - System Admin

Hi @kunalMahajan,

the Platform User is available for Lab Instances only, it's not present in PDIs:

So it's not an issue, it's correct.

 

You can export that user from lab instance to your PDI the next time you will be enrolled to that class or you can select any other.

 

For end user, you can use Abel Tutor, for manager Beth Anglin, for itil Fred Luddy, for Change manager Chuck Tomassi... or you can create your own user.

Hi @kunalMahajan ,

 

PDIs and Lab instances are 2 different things. Lab instances are given when you are completing any course/micro certification on Servicenow University. Lab instances are specifically developed to complete the given tasks in the course and it contain specific data. The same data/ scenario etc are not applicable/available in the PDIs so don't expect whatever you see in Lab instances will be available in PDIs. so Platform User will not be available in  the PDI. Hope it is clear.
