Hi @kunalMahajan,
the Platform User is available for Lab Instances only, it's not present in PDIs:
So it's not an issue, it's correct.
You can export that user from lab instance to your PDI the next time you will be enrolled to that class or you can select any other.
For end user, you can use Abel Tutor, for manager Beth Anglin, for itil Fred Luddy, for Change manager Chuck Tomassi... or you can create your own user.
