Hi Team,
I want to show the ticket details which are open one's only if loggedin user is manager of those tickets user
like in portal under " My team " it will show all records which are open one but it should show only if the loggedin user is manager ticket caller field or requested for field etc... if that record user is manager of loggedin user then i want those records sys_id and count of records
For Example: user1 and user2
user1 is manager of siva, and now anil is loggedinuser and user1 is manager of user2 so all related record which belongs to user2 should display records sys_id and count of records (incident ,request,ritm,hr,etc...)
can someone please provide the logic how to implement this please

Hi @AnilkumarP
Technically, this can be done, but from a process perspective, it’s not a valid use case. What would the manager do to view all of their reports' incidents/requests? Also, some of these incidents/requests may contain confidential information that the manager should not be able to see.
Consider that a manager may have 30 direct reports, and if each report has raised 20 records, that’s a lot of records to display. I'm not sure what value this would serve.
Please reconsider this before implementing any solution. While experts may be able to provide the full code, the requirement itself doesn’t seem valid.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
