I’m reaching out to ask whether it’s possible to log into the general ServiceNow.com portal (https://www.servicenow.com) using a different Single Sign-On (SSO) provider-specifically, our organization’s corporate credentials.
This would be especially helpful for seamless access to resources like ServiceNow University and other public-facing solutions.
Can anyone confirm if SSO is supported for this portal? If so, what are the setup steps or prerequisites?
Appreciate any guidance or direction you can provide.

@endabrennan
instead of the link above, try to access this:
http://signon.service-now.com/
Try log out - clear cache - log in. Eventually different browser and/or incognito or alternative browser profile to initiate a new session.
For me, I can go to Community, Developers and some other ServiceNow portals but University requires the login once a while, while the others not that often...

Thanks for the suggestion. Just to clarify, I’m not having trouble accessing the site due to session or browser issues.
What I’m trying to determine is whether ServiceNow.com (including things like ServiceNow University) supports federated SSO using an external identity provider-specifically, whether our organization can configure SSO so users can log in using our corporate credentials.
I understand that ServiceNow instances (like company.service-now.com) support SSO, but I’m asking about the main ServiceNow.com portal. If anyone has successfully configured this or can confirm whether it’s officially supported or not, I’d appreciate the insight.
