Lost My Community Contributions After Changing Email – How to Restore?

Hi Community,

I recently changed the email address associated with my ServiceNow Community profile. After doing so, I noticed that all my previous contributions — including accepted solutions, helpful votes, badges, and my rank — are no longer visible. It looks like my profile has been reset or a new one was created automatically.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there a way to restore my old profile and its history?

Would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to get this resolved.
