Change Overview in SOW blank

After updating Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications to the latest version (8.3.0), I am no longer seeing the change overview page; the other tabs are showing data.

Our SOW is OOTB and I have not made any changes. This was working on version 7.1.3, our previous version. Any idea what could be causing this?

Your Change in SOW is OOB or customized ?? If it is OOB -

Can you repair following plugins and check:

  • Service Operations Workspace for ITSM.
  • Change Management - Service Operations Workspace

I have repaired Service Operations Workspace ITSM applications, but unable to find Change Management - Service Operations Workspace.

No difference so far...

As SOWs are built by UI Builder , could you please update ui builder plugin to latest version and check.

If still it does not work, raise a hi ticket to the ServiceNow vendor.

UI builder plug in is on the latest version. Zurich Patch 4 hotfix 3 is the version.

UI builder is running 28.2.74.

My PDI, running Zurich patch 5, isn't seeing this particular version, however, and it isn't able to download 28.2.73. Will open a case w/ SN and report back when fixed.
