Change Overview in SOW blank

After updating Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications to the latest version (8.3.0), I am no longer seeing the change overview page; the other tabs are showing data.

Our SOW is OOTB and I have not made any changes. This was working on version 7.1.3, our previous version. Any idea what could be causing this?

@Sean91 , Did you resolved your issue related to overview tab? I'm also facing the same issue. Could you please help me out?

This was happening on our dev instance and I had to clone from production instance to get it fixed. Support indicated something may have been corrupted and they couldn't fix it either. Our production instance never had this issue.
