Creation of Change Request in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,
I am facing issue in creation of Change Request in Service Operations Workspace. We have customized states in change request but Change Request created by Service Operations Workspace takes OOB state( Which we do not use, but have it in the table level). How can I change backend process of this workspace to create change in our customized state?

How do you create the change request? Did you customize anything there as well? Otherwise you will need to change the way of creating the changes from there as well. Can you share what should happen and what is happening? It sounds like you have two change processes in place (OOB and Custom).

Hi Mark,

In Service Operation Workspace we didn't do any customizations. It is by default taking Pending state(-5). For custom i have a workflow, where change is created and progress to each state by workflow.  But i want to know that How Service Operations workspace works(How it selects state)
