How can I remove this tab when creating a change in SOW

When I create a change in SOW it shows this section first. I have to go over to details where it then shows all the fields. How do I remove this overview tab?

Modify the Record Page in UI Builder

1. Go to Now Experience > UI Builder.

2. Open the experience:
   Look for Service Operations Workspace or a customized workspace if you're using one.

3. In the workspace, open the "Change Request" Record Page.

4. Look for the page template—typically using a Tabbed Form layout.

5. Inside the template, identify the "Overview" tab section.

6. Remove or hide the Overview tab component:

   • If it's a component, you can delete it.

   • If it's tied to a condition, you can disable it or change visibility conditions.

7. Save and Publish the page.

I think I have found the change record page but I am stuck on point 4

@joshmorris Its Look like a component : "Tabbed form" or "Tabbed container".

Tabbed Container
    - Overview (tab)
    - Details (tab)
    - Approvals (tab)
    ...

for editing and remove options,

then next you have two options.
