How can I remove this tab when creating a change in SOW

When I create a change in SOW it shows this section first. I have to go over to details where it then shows all the fields. How do I remove this overview tab?

It says its a medium risk file so I dont really want to edit it, is there another way?

Hello @joshmorris ,

I don't think there is any alternative , to get overview tab disappear, screen collection needs to be deactivated.

Since you will be making changes in OOB functionality, you may get skipped record for next upgrade.
