Need to hide the closed option of the state field on change request

Hi Team,

Have to remove or hide the closed option of the state field on the change forum in service operations workspace.

I wrote the below script. It is not working

Could you plz anyone help me on this task.

Hi @sulochana,

you can restrict the state by implementing new change modal configuration for specific change type. that will restrict the state on SOW as well.
