Now assist custom skill kit issue

Hi,

I have created a custom Now assist skil kit and activated it through 'Now assist admin' as well. I want if user gives a prompt in now assist panel for change report generation, this skill kit should be called and the report link should be generated and given in the panel(chat box). 

For this i have created ana AI Agent through which i am calling this custom skill kit using 'now assist skill tool'. When i test this in custom skill kit, it is working and generating an email as well and sending it to recipient. However when i give a prompt in now assist panel nothing is happening.

Can anybody please guide on this?

@sachins1 - Please check the deployment settings of the skill where "Now Assist Panel" is to be checked &

While activating the custom skill in Now Assist Admin console, Check you choose the now assist panel for skill display settings.
