Hi All,
I am trying to create a New Change Request in Service Operations Workspace but the Time zone is showing different when I am selecting Planned Start Date and Planned End Date.
in Normal UI it is picking GMT Time zone which is defined in system properties and which is showing in User Profile as well.
However in SOW it is picking IST Time zone which you can say is Laptop Time or User's Current Location Time Zone.
Moreover this is creating issue when we are submitting Emergency Change by Selecting Current Time and when try to move the change from Schedule to Implement it is showing error that you can not implement outside of change window.
