Unable to request an instance or validate the task

Hello,

I updated both settings as instructed, but the task validation is still failing. In addition, I am unable to request an instance or validate the work completed in the environment.

Could someone please review my case and advise me on how to proceed? I have already reviewed and updated the settings, but the issue persists.

Hi @ElbaLilianC,

The task needs to be completed within a lab instance, anything outside of this cannot be validated. Looking at your screenshot, you do not have any lab instances available - have you attempted to complete this course before? You should be granted 3 instances to begin with but each instance will only be available for a short period of time.

I would recommend raising a support ticket via the Help Center to see if you can be granted an additional lab instance in order to complete the course.
