View Risk Assessment button in service operations workspace

Hi,

We are working on the "View risk assessment" button visibility in Service Operations Workspace for Change Request records.

Currently, the button is only visible in early states such as "New". After the Change moves to later states, button disappears. please let me know from where this button is coming and how to show this in all the states.

The Risk Assessment button in Service Operations Workspace is not a standard UI Action.

The button's visibility is tied to the Change Request's state and is intentionally designed to disappear once a change moves past the early states.

Hi @pavan patil ,

Navigate to UI Builder -> Page Collections -> SOW - Side bar tabs top -> Record Information - -> Record Information - Change SNC -> Duplicate variant

Keep order lower than the original page order  (ie.100)

2. Go to view assessment risk button container and uncheck hide component from right panel. Save it and refresh the change record to see the changes
