View Risk Assessment button in service operations workspace

Hi,

We are working on the "View risk assessment" button visibility in Service Operations Workspace for Change Request records.

Currently, the button is only visible in early states such as "New". After the Change moves to later states, button disappears. please let me know from where this button is coming and how to show this in all the states.

Where we can find the duplicate variant, i am new to the ui builder

Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the setting

Thanks, I cannot able to find the hide component, i went on the duplicate variant which i created , attaching screenshot

Click on use static input on right panel below component visiblity

Now i can see view risk assessment button for other states, but if i click on that the modal is not opening, pls refer screenshot
