Empower process owners with Service Catalog for rapid digital transformation Learn how to enable process owners to put their ideas and automation opportunities into action using Catalog Item Builder. In this session, we will be covering the journey of how we enabled Citizen Development for our customer who is a very large charity in the UK. We will share how their business process owners created more than 50 catalog items in a couple of weeks seamlessly, resulting in automation and a tremendous saving of hours in manual paper-based tasks.
Learn how Petrobras Brasileiro SA is transforming enterprise services on ServiceNow® for over 100,000 users, offering more than 6,000 services at dozens of sites. The company used App Engine solutions including Service Creator, Catalog Builder, and Process Automation Designer to develop the CSP (Petrobras Service Catalog). CSP enables over 1,000 citizen developers across the company to create their own services, including forms and service flows. Petrobras Brasileiro SA has already have more than 2,800 catalog items with more than 80,000 tasks/month - reducing request times, rationalized legacy systems, reduced costs, with CSAT at 9.0/10.
