Azure balance summary failed error in cloud cost management

Has anyone faced this issue in cloud cost management setup , while downloading the billing , I have added the necessary roles but still its showing me this error, how to rectify it

@kiran kumar m1 I got the Request successfully completed in one instance. Last change I recall was that I added the billing account ID in the service account form. Got the download to execute and run as well, though it couldn't process all the data (different issue).
