Description
The error occurs when attempting to connect to the Azure Balance Summary service. The failure happens during the execution of the process related to billing download and credential validation using service accounts.
Steps Taken
Platform Access:
- Logged into the management interface where the connection to Azure Balance Summary is configured.
Credential Validation:
- Entered the service account credentials for authentication.
- Verified that the service account has access to the Azure Billing API.
Test Connection Execution:
- Performed a connection test using the "Test Connection" option in the Billing Download section.
- The connection test failed, displaying the error: "Connection to Azure Balance Summary failed".
Manual Execution Attempt:
- Attempted to manually execute the process using the "Execute Job" option.
- The execution failed again with the same error.
Azure Configuration Review:
