Hi @pacoa ,
You can opt for PDI which run 24x7 but if you will not use for next 10 days then it will be reclaimed by ServiceNow. But this instance can not be used for your client it is only for learning purpose and doing some poc.
For client insurance you have to connect with either ServiceNow or any ServiceNow implementation partner. There are so many implementation partner who can help you to get the instance for you or your client.
one time instance would be approx 10 lakh or above but it vary company to company.
Please Mark Correct if this solves your query and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Hello @pacoa
You can have a PDI (free of cost), but I wouldn't call it a dedicated ServiceNow Instance.
As there is no support for PDIs, if your personal PDI is down, (or expires) you have to request for a new one.
So, the answer is No, ServiceNow doesn't provide a dedicated instance for cost
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi

Hi @pacoa ,
- As others also have mentioned, you can have a PDI which is free of charge. This will though go into hibernation if not utilized
- If you need an instance to be available all the time, you need to connect with a ServiceNow sales representative and investigate the possibility. If this is only for personal use, I wouldn't recommend this.
