Hi ,
I was archiving knowledge article (kb_knowledge) present in a particular knowledge base which contains 25000 records. So i planned to run 7000 records in a batch. but it does not works. So reduced number to 3000 then also it is stopping after 300 record archival. Also archiving more related records .. those related tables having large volume of data.
can anyone suggest better practice to archive knowledge article and related records with huge amount of data.
