For the first time working on the Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) implementation for a client. I would appreciate your guidance and recommendations on the following topics:

1. What does the high-level architecture diagram for a Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) implementation look like?
2. What are the key prerequisites for implementing Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) in ServiceNow?
3. Which CMDB data fields and configuration item attributes are typically required to support FinOps and cost management use cases?

Additionally, if anyone has a ServiceNow Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) implementation guide, presentation, or step-by-step PPT/documentation, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it for reference.

My colleague here at ServiceNow, Kieron Dean, has published two assets that should provide you with a framework to wrap your System and business architectural guides around and answer the basic questions you asked below.  

My suggestion is to start with the PDF documentI have attached regarding implementation sequence first, as it gives a nice overview of the implementation, and then in conjunction with this pdf document you then proceed to the link I am including here ( 'The Path to Value for a CCM Program in ServiceNow' ), which goes into the more substantive details for the implementation and value outputs that you will gain from doing this work.
