Need to exclude the specific subscription from azure to insert in servicenow for CCM

We have one connector for CCM by which we get Azure data in ServiceNow. We need to restrict data for one subscription. We couldn't find how to do via connector. Hence

1. We have created a insert BR to abort, tested with FIx script by inserting a record, BR stopped insertion. 
2. when we insert records via connector, BR doesn't work.

Pls suggest what could be reason or solution
