i get a Voucher but doesn't shows Start option it show pay and begin can you please provide that

I completed the  Module  Application develper in Demand i get a voucher also but what happen i dont know 
it doesn't show an option start during the claim  voucher it show the pay and begin option only 
can you please help what can i do. I dont have time please show the path.

It's expected that you will need to pay for your voucher if you completed your course through on-demand training. However, there are a few exceptions. For instance, if you're employed at one of the ServiceNow partner organizations, you may be eligible for certain discounts. To get more details, please check with your manager.

if you completed the course through on-demand training, sometimes you need to pay for the voucher, unless you're eligible for discounts (e.g., as part of a ServiceNow partner organization — learning points).

Currently, there are no active promotions or free voucher programs available, so you’ll need to purchase the voucher to take the exam unless your organization is a ServiceNow partner.
