Stuck with Confluence cloud integration with SN

Hi Team,

I am working on integrating Confluence with Service NOw, I did it with help of Integrating with Confluence Cloud

I installed confluence cloud spoke

Enabled Authorization OAuth2.0 in Atlassian Developer Console

Added the Confluence Cloud ID value in Connection and Credetails

From which console i have to implement 3LO connection

From which console i have to perform the validate connection & how to perform if connection is established or not
